WHERE CAN I STAY?

Our wedding will take place during the school holidays, and the nearby Big4 Sandstone Point Resort offers accommodation close to the hotel. However, availability is limited and likely to fill up fast. We recommend booking early if you plan to stay there. If the resort is fully booked, don’t worry! There are plenty of alternatives nearby, such as Airbnb, hotels and apartments. For more options, check the travel tab.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only evening. We will be limiting children to immediate family members and kindly ask that only the guests listed on the invitation are included in your RSVP.

CAN I BRING ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS?

Unless specified on your invitation, please refrain from bringing additional guests without first consulting the bride and groom.

WHERE IS THE SANDSTONE POINT HOTEL?

Sandstone Point Hotel is approximately a 50-minute drive north of Brisbane Airport, just before the bridge to Bribie Island. It is approximately 25 minutes from Caboolture and a short 2-minute drive from Bribie Island.

TRAVEL

For those travelling to our wedding by air, we recommend flying into Brisbane Airport. From there, the Sandstone Point Hotel, our wedding venue, is approximately a 50-minute drive by car.Alternatively, you can catch a train from the airport to Caboolture Station (via Eagle Junction), which takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.Of course, travelling by car to Brisbane is also an option, providing flexibility and the chance to enjoy the scenic drive.

ACCOMMODATION

As our wedding falls within the school holiday period, we kindly recommend booking your accommodation early to secure your stay.Nearby options on Bribie Island include Bongaree, Banksia Beach and Woorim, all of which offer a range of choices. We particularly recommend the BIG4 Sandstone Point Holiday Resort for its proximity and convenience. Of course, there are many other options available to suit your preferences.
